The Maddie's Spay/Neuter Project in Erie County is a program dedicated to ending the cat overpopulation crisis in Erie County.
The Maddie's Spay/Neuter Project is made possible by a grant from the Maddie’s Fund Pet Rescue Foundation and is administered by Operation PETS. Part of the funding awarded by Maddie's Fund is to assist low income pet owners and feral cat caretakers with the expense of spaying/neutering.
In addition to Operation PETS, eight private practice veterinary hospitals participate (Maddie's Spay/Neuter Project Partners).
