Dogs - Personal Pets
Clinic Eligibility Requirements


Operation PETS is an income qualified clinic. You must meet our eligibility requirements to use our services.

Pet owners with dogs MUST have a New York State Benefit Card for temporary assistance, Medicaid, or Food Stamps. The ONLY exception is for Pit Bull/Pit Bull mixes (see below).

A $40.00 deposit is required to make an appointment for a dog. You can make your deposit via credit/debit card over the phone, by money order, or come into the clinic. On the day of your appointment you will only owe the balance. If you cancel or re-schedule with at least 24 hours notice your deposit is refundable.


Verification of a current New York State Benefit Card and proof of ownership is required on the day of your appointment.
